Order 614 Reflection...

For the past year I have been involved in 'The Salvation Army Melbourne Project 614' program called 'Order 614.'
It has successfully lived up to what I read prior to begging it:
"Order614 is a group of passionate Christians who, for 1 year, will live and work together to connect and journey with the forgotten people in the city of Melbourne.
Order614 is not a place for soft, comfortable Christianity. It's about getting out on the fringes of society, and getting our hands dirty with some of the most broken and hurting people of the city.
Order614 will give you the opportunity to do life with, the homeless, mentally ill, prostitutes, transsexuals, abandoned children and refugees.
You will be stretched, challenged, overwhelmed and exhausted; but you will see Jesus working in you and through you to change the lives of some very broken people. It will be life changing."
I have been stretched to brokeness, challenged to change, overwhelmed by emotions and exhausted by the mundane tasks... But I have seen Jesus working in and through me to bring love, joy and hope to some very broken people, that I now call friends.
In 2 Corinthians 12: 9 God says "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."
This verse has become so true to me.
Because without God, I am weak, I am nothing.
But what is the main thing I've learnt this year?... That without love, I am nothing.
In 1 Corinthians 13: 3 it says "If I give everything I own to the poor, and even go to the stake to be burned as a martyr, but I don't have love, I've gotten nowhere. So, no matter what I say, what I believe, what I do, I'm bankrupt without love!"
Jesus calls us to love.
In Matthew 22: 37 Jesus says "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'
So as I move into a new chapter of my life, LOVE is my goal.
"It's love that compels me.
Love that motivates me.
Love that drives me.
Love that keeps me going.
It's love that causes me to be secure.
It's love that causes me to run.
It's love that causes me to dance.
It's love that causes me to lay down in God's arms and rest.
Do you want to live in the secret place?
Be clothes in the secret garment?
You must understand that the whole entire thing is...
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!" - Heidi Baker

Ministry/Missionary Confirmations.

What I am about to share with you is something that has changed my future, forever.
You may have seen my video post a couple of days ago about the girl Katie Davis from Uganda. I have been praying heaps about my future recently and asking God whether missionary work is something he want's me to be involved in.
So, I prayed in my prayer journal a prayer to do with this girl Katie Davis and my prayer basically said- "God I want to go on a journey like this girl, I am ready, and If it is in your will Lord, Send me!"
The next day something even more incredible happened to me...
Then on Friday night my beautiful friend Hannah and I were in my spa and she asked if she could pray for me.
I wasn't in a good head space with God and the last thing I wanted to do was pray! So she said she would pray for me in her head. So, I closed my eyes.
I don't remember what happened from there on because I opened my eyes 20mins later and had woken from an amazing dream/vision.
I saw a combination of images.
-It started with a Foetus.
-Then I saw a naked pregnant stomach.
-Then I saw myself sitting in a rocking chair, with a pregnant tummy and my boyfriend Josh was standing huddled over me, praying over my stomach.
-Then the image began to zoom out and out and out...
-And I saw this HUGE doll house, and the image of Me, Josh and the rocking chair was in a room in the middle.
-I then saw heaps of rooms all around us (they were moving images in every room, not still) and a huge attic above.
-Then this hand reach into the doll house and open the door to the attic above us, and as the door opened light and colours flooded the room Josh and I were in and this staircase appeared.
-The hand then opened a room to the the left of us, where there was heaps of moving traffic (cars, motorbikes, bikes) and huge billboards and signs in other (what looked like Asian) languages.
-The hand then opened a room to the right of us, where there was just barren, dry land and a small tornado in the middle, spinning around and around and around.
-Below the room Josh and I were in, were 3 more rooms, but I couldn't see anything because they were just plain black painted rooms with huge white question marks floating in them.)
I felt God telling me that he was making the way for my future. I felt God tell me that he was giving me the key to the heavens and he wanted Josh and I to bring what we saw in this attic, down to the rooms he had opened and to the rooms he plans to open. I felt God telling me that I am to birth a ministry and Josh will fuel and bring strength to it as he prays over it.
My dad had told me he had a gut feeling God was going to do something amazing in my day!
I was collecting for the Salvation Army in Melbourne City, had no money on me, was tired and hadn't had time for breakfast, when this man randomly brought me a Cappuccino with 2 sugars (EXACTLY HOW I DRINK MY COFFEE!)
I thought this was pretty cool and praised God for the free breakfast!
Later in the day I was absolutely starving, and was just standing by myself shaking the collectors tin, praying...
when an old 79 year old couple who were traveling from Texas, approached me.
They told me that they felt as if God had set up an appointment between me and them.
Then the woman asked me "What do you want to do in your future?"
I told her I had been praying about being a missionary and was waiting on God to speak.
She then opened her mouth and said...
"You remind me a lot of this girl I read about, from America, who moved to Uganda at a young age and adopted 14 kids and started her own organisation..."
I was shocked, because this was the exact story of this girl Katie Davis I had seen the video of, Ordered the book online for Christmas and prayed about...
I asked the woman what this girls name was and she replied "I think it's Katie... someone?"
HOW AMAZING IS GOD! I felt this was all a massive confirmation on my prayers about mission work and being a missionary!
AND... Jesus didn't stop there... The couple offered to pay for my lunch! So we sat down together and had a really nice lunch, and they prayed over me.
After lunch... I was standing praying about this confirmation God had given me, and I started thinking about children, and children's ministry- praying if this was the age group God was calling me too spread his love with...
Pretty much straight away, these 4 kids came up to me and began dancing to the carollers! I lifted one of the young kids on my shoulder and he started kissing my face and saying "I love you! Why do I love you?" Over and over again....
I felt as if he could see God's spirit resting on me because he kept saying "I love you, Why do I love you?"
God is so faithful!
When I was distant, he continued to bless me!
This is the start of a beautiful adventure.
The doors he unlocks, I will forever walk through. Thursday, December 1, 2011
Kisses from Katie.
"I want to ask you to come with me on a journey! A journey that started 3 years ago when I thought I knew what my life looked like... But I had no idea! A journey that has showed me more about the Fathers heart and his extravagant compassion. A journey that requires me to give more of myself- every single day!"

Depraved Indifference.
"The bigger you get in the kingdom of heavem. the lower position you take!"
"Christianity is taking what has been purchased on the cross, the behaviour of heaven, the nature of Jesus Christ, and transplanting it into the hearts of men and woman down on earth. So that they become not like this world, but like heaven! When the world sees them, they're different! There is something odd about them, they are from another realm!"
"What does it look like?
IT'S NOBLE,
IT'S BRAVE,
IT'S COURAGEOUS,
IT'S SELFLESS!"
"He's looking to us! Are you willing?"
"There is a solution- the solution is JESUS!"
"HEROES ARE MADE BECAUSE THEY ARE MOVED! NOT IN THEIR HEADS- BUT IN THEIR HEARTS!"

Today at church (*for confidential reasons*) we will call her *Caity* (A 18 year old who lives on the streets) brought in a friend of hers called *Andrew*. He was also 18, living on the streets and had overdosed on heroine the night before and attempted to kill himself.
*Caity* introduced me to him and he soon revealed to me that he had been living on the streets for 1 month and had run away from home.
During the church service, I heard someone sobbing directly behind me and I turned around to see *Andrew* weeping. He looked me in the eyes and this deep compassion came over me. I pulled my chair up next to him, put my arm around him and just sat with him as he cried.
I asked him why he was crying and he said:
“I’ve never felt loved before, but I can feel it and I don’t know where from.”
I asked him if he had ever heard of Jesus. He replied “No.” I asked if he had ever heard anyone talk about God, and again he replied “No.” Then I asked him if he had heard of or knew what the bible was, and he answered again “No.” I realized that this was a true FIRST encounter with Jesus.
I told him the story of Jesus and how he was God in human form and he came so that we could have a relationship with him and live in freedom from sin. I then asked if I could pray for him and he said “Yes.”
I prayed for him and he smiled and asked me if I could pray for his brother too!
The song ‘Amazing Grace’ came on and as the lyrics “My chains are gone, I’ve been set free” played he began to sob louder and louder.
I asked him if he wanted to enter into a relationship with the Jesus I had told him about and he whispered “Yes.”
He then pulled me closer and placed his head in my chest and wrapped his arms around my back and began crying and crying. I asked if he would like to repeat a prayer after me, asking Jesus into his life, and he did! He whispered the words from the bottom of his heart and his tears began to stop and this smile appeared.
Brendan Nottle (who was up the front with the mic) asked if anyone wanted to beep box with the band for the service’s final song. Then *Andrew* quickly sat up and put his hand up. Brendan selected him and he jumped up out of his seat with a huge smile on his face, pulled his big puff jackets hood over his head and grabbed the microphone. He began beepboxing as the rest of the band played a worship song, and as he beep boxed he ran around the room smiling and laughing… then he got up on the stage and began to lead the congregation in dance and clapping! I sat there balling my eyes out, laughing with true joy!
God taught me some great lessons in this moment:
-I realized that although food, clothing, counseling are all very important...
THE LOVE OF JESUS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WE CAN GIVE TO A PERSON.
-I realized that our intentions should never be to 'convert' someone, but to love on them. Love is the answer, the key to bringing heaven on earth. Love is the fire, the reason God placed us here.
After the service I went and got him a bible and stuck a post it note where the New Testament was. I gave it to him and told him that if he would like to know more about Jesus he should read from the post-it note onwards, because they are the stories of Jesus. I had also noticed earlier he had a scrunched up piece of paper with his brothers phone number on it in his hand, so I told him he could keep it in the front of the bible, so he never looses it. He ran up to *Caity*, holding the bible saying “*Caity*! I got a bible! And I can ever put my brothers number in it!” He was so excited.
He then gave his brother a call and said “Bro! You’ll never believe what I just did… I beep boxed on a stage, with lights!...” I asked when he was next seeing his brother and he said they are having a 'big piss up' on Tuesday night.
I felt God teach me something in this too:
-That we mustn’t focus on the behaviors, addictions ect… We must just focus on loving others like Christ loves them, and God will deal with the rest!
Father, you are a God who can handle big piss ups, you are a God who can handle drug overdoses, you are a God who can handle depression and we as your people must just bring others to you, and you will do the rest in your perfect timing!
Help us to be humble harvesters. Use us to bring glory to your name!
Make us in your likeness, I pray, AMEN!!!!

JOY. part two.

Well I've been bumping into her a lot recently.
Today, I had a lunch break and God nudged me to go find her. I went looking but she wasn't there, so instead i went into The Salvo store to look at some cheap clothes. As I was coming out of The Salvo shop, Joy walked past! I called out her name and she said "Sam! I came looking for you, how have you been?"
This conversation then led to her mentioning her recent intense back and neck pains which she says is there 24/7!
I asked if I could pray with her and as I layed my hand on her back (in the middle of Bourke street) God spoke a verse through me to her. And within minutes she smiled and jumped around excitedly because she felt her back and neck loosen!
How great is God! All glory to him! The amazing thing was, that God didn't just heal her in the physical... But she left with tears in her eyes and a smile on her face- her heart had been healed too!
I encourage you to take that leap of faith. Whether it be to pray for someone or to just do that thing that Gods been putting on your heart for months. I had a huge fear of praying for illness in public, but because of my obedience, God used the tiny faith i had within me, to minister in a truely amazing way! Praise be to him!

Worship is warfare!

So I did. I lifted my hand in worship and during the song "Thou has cleansed and sanctified me, Thou alone hast set me free" I felt in the natural a drop of water fall and land in the middle of my palm, and I was released into this freedom I hadnt known for ages- I sang, I danced, I worshiped like I was the only person in the room, and my compassionate God came and rained down on me and freed me of the lies I'd let into my heart.
My prayer is that you may all lift your hands to the Lord and use your worship as warfare- to break off the lies of the enemy and as you do this, may God release you into a freedom you never knew!
My prayer is that you may all lift your hands to the Lord and use your worship as warfare- to break off the lies of the enemy and as you do this, may God release you into a freedom you never knew!

Shadowed by his love

Tonight as I was alone in Sydney Road, leaning into my mums car to get her tripod, I found myself in a position I never thought would happen to me. As I turned around a girl I'd never seen before was standing behind me, in my face, staring at me.
She screamed abuse at me as she cornered me into a lane way, where a tall, buff man in a black beanie stood, hands behind his back as she looked at him and gave him a couple of nods.
As she screamed things I would rather not repeat... God showed up.
He spoke through me, things I never thought I'd say in that position.
I found myself telling her things like "You're beautiful. You're stunning!" God was using me to fight back with his LOVE.
Confused by my compliments, she accused me of judging her for her tattoo covered body... and as I pulled back my hair to reveal the fish tattoo behind my neck, the scene suddenly changed.
The man turned away (signally for her to stop). Something in me felt the need to introduce myself- I said "By the way guys, my names Sam... whats yours?" the girl answered "My name's Sam too" and I invited them to come watch my friends gig... even more confused by my introduction, the girl slowly moved away from me and I walked away protected by the shadow of our almighty God!

New Breed- Revivalists!

"There will be a new breed of revivalists, that are born out of intimacy, that have encountered the love of Jesus, that are motivated by the love of Jesus! That live daily for him, they abide in his love for them, their hearts are awakened, they live in passion and zeal because of the love they have experienced, the love that has awakened them!"

JOY. part one.

Last September (2010) I felt a calling to go and serve for a year at The Salvation Army Order 614.
The night I felt God lead me there was when Camberwell youth had sleepover. During the sleepover God's presence showed up heavily and I was wholly undone, totally wrecked by the holy spirit. As I lay there laughing, encountering God's Joy, completely out of it, I had an amazing vision (some of you might remember it).
I was running down Bourke St (in the city) in a white dress, and there were rows of sunflowers where the tram tracks usually are. I woke up, so happy, and knew that The Order 614 was what God wanted for my life in 2011.
Recently I've been quite angry at God. Crying out to him with questions like: "Why is it that amongst all the suffering and homelessness I am surrounded by I can't find the sunflowers and happiness?" "Why is it that I feel depressed when you promised me Joy?".... Well today folks- God answered my cries and confusion.
I was walking past Parliament house (which is the large building that is at the top of Bourke St and looks down on it). A lady who I've seen before and has been spending 5 hours, 2 days a week for the past 3 years standing outside the building with signs pinned to her body saying things like "I deserve JUSTICE!" "I was mistreated" "Where is my apology?" caught my attention. I tried desperately to read the signs without looking rude and then I continued to walk past.
I reached the gardens nearby and sat down to journal. As i began to journal I heard a voice in my head, which I knew was God whisper - "STOP FOR THE ALIEN!" as an image of the woman I had seen earlier flashed in my head.
I remembered the verse (Deuteronomy 10: 18) "He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the alien, giving him food and clothing" and realized that God was asking me to STOP FOR THAT WOMAN.
I approached her and she smiled at me and said "I KNEW YOU WOULD TALK TO ME TODAY" I was confused and asked why. She told me "I have faith everyday that someone will talk to me, I often stare at that white cross on that building and hope for a conversation with someone." (What she hadn't realized was that the cross on the building was The Salvation Army church where I am 6 days a week!
We started talking and as I looked into her eyes I felt God's heart for her. I saw her brokenness and hunger for God. The woman opened her mouth and said "Do you know why I love to stand in this spot?" (where she stood overlooked where my vision was set) "Because from right here I can see the golden angel and lion statues on 'Her Majesty Theaters' roof and I can see the white cross on that building (pointing again to 614).
She shared with me her painful stories from her past- of phyc wards, loneliness, illness, family deaths and being a single parent. As she spoke I could feel God's love for her and then I heard God speak... "Tell her what your name means..." God said. So randomly in the middle of this conversation I said something which I thought sounded idiotic but I knew God wanted me to say, so I said it- "Hey! You know what, I haven't even told you my name. I'm Samantha and coincidentally my name means 'Listener' and I'm loving sitting her listening to your stories."
Things got awkward for a second and as we sat in silence looking over the new found beauty of Bourke St, she smiled and said something that blew my mind... "MY NAME IS JOY!"
JOY!!!!!
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! SITTING ON PARLIAMENT STEPS OVERLOOKING BOURKE STREET, WHERE GOD HAD PREVIOUSLY SHOWN ME SUNFLOWERS AND PROMISED ME JOY! .... I HAD FOUND IT. I FOUND JOY. I FOUND HER.
I began to laugh uncontrollably and then she too began to laugh and weep. We sat there for about 10minutes laughing. Soaking up God's JOY.
She told me stories of being baptized as a young teenager and constantly fighting darkness to try and find God again. I offered to pray and as I did God literally spoke through me, I can hardly remember any of it. But she recommitted her life to Jesus and I remember God saying to me- "She has this name for a reason"... I told her that and she began to cry and cry and then to top it all off she said...
"I know God is speaking through you because when I was younger my parents actually changed my name to JOY and to this day every person I have ever spoken to about God has told me the same thing!"
WOW SGSYOGSgsqiGSQUISKUsayugkb!!!!
So... What have I learned from all of this? I have learned that even the ALIEN, THE OUTCAST, THE BROKEN, THE LONELY are not always poor.
This woman was seen as poor in the world- but her spirit was not poor, she was well and alive in Jesus!
So I encourage all of you to sit with the alien, the poor, or the broken hearted & let Jesus speak to and through you!

Children & The Kingdom Of Heaven.

I was babysitting a 2 year old boy tonight and his parents had warned me that for the past few nights he hadn't been going straight to sleep and had been waking up screaming during the night.
At approx 11:15pm I heard him screaming (and this scream was nothing like what I've heard him do before).
I walked into his room and instantly felt this dark presence lingering... So I began to pray any spirits that were not of god away in Jesus name!
As I was praying the 2 year old child stood up in his cot and started pointing at this one spot in the corner of his room whilst yelling and screaming at the top of his voice. I saw this black figure moving around so I began to pray again "If anything that is not of gods kingdom is here, I ask you to leave in the name of Jesus!" and guess what... It left.
The child stopped crying, lay back down in his cot and looked up at me. I began to pray gods peace upon him and placed my hand on his forehead. After a few minutes the Childs forehead went hot and I could feel his body shaking- I knew the presence of God was there.
Then something I never thought I would see from a 2 year old child occurred- he closed his eyes, lifted his left palm up to the ceiling and began to smile!
Matthew 18:3-4
"Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like
children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven"
So it says in the bible that we too must become like children!
Children know and understand the kingdom of God more then any of us, because they are completely open to the kingdom of heaven being here on earth. We must learn from these children, we mustn't under estimate who God has made them to be!

Captivated

I hate reading.

My mother was a librarian and brought home numerous books for me...
Love, Crime, Mystery, and even self help books, but nothing caught my attention.
Recently I went to a Christian Bookshop and brought a book that one of my wonderful friends had recommended to me ('Captivating' by John & Stasi Eldredge.)
After the first chapter- I was addicted.
In 4 days of completing the book I was moved from tears to laughter, heartbreak to freedom!
I remember reading these words...
"I will find you. No matter how long it takes, no matter how far- I will find you."
I knew that it was God whispering to me.
He reminded me that no matter how far I ran from his love or avoided letting him heal my aching heart, he would do everything it took to rescue me and set my heart free!
The author Stasi writes:
"I have never allowed anyone the opportunity to fight for me. For this I am grieved. God asked me to repent of this and become vulnerable again. I stand now in this risky place of vulnerability, with a bleeding heart, waiting and praying. Everyday I must choose to lay down my defensiveness and allow the healing balm of Jesus to attend to my wound and allow him to be my God, my strength and my defender. He told me that I didn't need to defend myself anymore, that was his job, he is my defender. Would I let him be that for me? I said yes. There was a huge weight lifted off that I can't fully explain."
And that is exactly what I felt! I put my broken, bitter, defensive heart into the hands of Jesus and he walked with me through my restoration until that weight was lifted off me and I felt free to laugh, free to sing, free to be me again!
There is a lightness to my heart that is new. A deeper joy is residing there as I embrace ever more full the love of my God and what he speaks to me about myself and life. It is amazing. It is available. Keep pressing in. Keep asking God. And take your heart to Jesus. Ask him to show you your beauty. And then? Let him romance you.
I remember as a new Christian hearing the word 'Spiritual' being tossed around as a name tag, for those few 'charismatic' people in the church. People were labeled 'Spiritual' if they were disciplined in studying the bible, if they could pray in tongues, if they were confident to pray healing over the sick or speak a prophetic word over the church. Recently, I have started to understand the true meaning of the word. Yes! To be spiritual- is to be in a romance with God!

As children we were all obsessed with stories/movies like Cinderella, Snow White and Repunzel...and now as we grow older we look to boys in our lives to fill that longing and give us that 'fairy-tale' ending.
We are all waiting in our flowing gowns for that prince to come and carry us away on the back of his white horse. But we have forgotten one thing...
That prince, IS HERE! He is available now.
"Jesus knocks through our loneliness. He knocks through our sorrows. He knocks through the events that happened to us throughout our lives- a betrayl, a rejection, a word spoken, a relationship lost. He knocks through many things, waiting for us to give him permission to rescue us..."
What a gentleman Jesus is! HE WAITS! He waits patiently for US to lean out of our secure towers and lower our hair over the balcony to him! He calls us to a life of romance... He calls us to unveil the beauty we have hidden inside.
"Jesus is extending his hand to you. He is inviting you to dance with him. He asks, "May I have this dance...." every day of your life. His gaze is fixed on you. He is captivated by your beauty. He is smiling. He cares nothing of the opinion of others. He is standing. He will lead. But, he waits for your response..."
I don't know about you, but after knowing all of this,
I am captivated by Jesus.
He didn't push his way into my heart, or pressure me to LOVE him, but he extended his hand and asked me to dance and journey through life with him. Because of this, I am new. I have a deep desire to let the radiant love of Christ and beauty of Jesus shine forth from my countenance, so that when I walk into a room people become captivated by the LOVE of Jesus that shines all the way from my heart!
He romanced me.
I am forever captivated.

Remade.

I'm running.
I can feel you in the wind as it swiftly moves through each strand of my hair.
I'm running.
I know you haven't left me because I can see your face reflected in the light that rests upon me.
I'm running.
I push through the thick grass as it stains my perfect white dress.
I'm running, like a bride left at the alter.
I'm running, like a child separated from their parent.
I'm running, crippled by the fear that i've fallen to far to love.
I hit a glass wall.
You're standing on the other side.
I stand and observe your glory.
I'm captivated by the nail markings on your hands, the torn flesh across your ribs, the scars that remind me of what you've already done for me.
I kick,
I punch,
but the glass won't break.
I yell,
I scream,
as you patiently smile at my aggression.
I lean my forehead against the glass that torments me...
"Why have you forsaken me?" I shout.
I wait in silence for your response.
You move slowly, placing your hand on the glass where my forehead rests.
You look me straight in the eyes.
Afraid to be loved I pull away in a sudden jolt.
You speak...
"You are more than the choices you've made,
You are more than the sum of your past mistakes,
You are more than the problems you create,
You've been remade."
You are more than the sum of your past mistakes,
You are more than the problems you create,
You've been remade."
The glass between us shatters.
You bend down and start gathering the broken pieces.
As each piece of glass scars your hands further, You whisper...
"This is not about what you've done, but what's been done for you.
This is not about where you've been, but where your brokenness has brought you to. This is not about what you feel, but what I felt to forgive you, and what I felt to make you loved!"

The love of the father.

Once a week I get the privilege to spend time with the kids from the children's court.
Usually it involves- games, toys, hot chocolate and pee on the floor.
But today was nothing like I'd ever experienced or expected.
I met a 23 year old mother and her almost 2 year old child.
She explained to me the fear, grief and pain of knowing that within hours her child could be taken from her...
She began to cry,
and then she wept.
And as I watched the tears roll down her cheek, and her eyes gaze into her child's face,
God whispered these words into my heart...
"This is how I feel when I loose my children!"
You see, the same way in which this mother wept over her child,
Jesus weeps over us!
God loves us so much, and when we choose to deny his love,
he does not sit there and wave us goodbye... No! He weeps.
So maybe today you're running from God.
Maybe you're lost, maybe you're bitter, maybe you're broken.
But the FATHER is weeping over and with you.
He sent his son (Jesus) to die one of the most agonising deaths-
FOR YOU!
When Jesus was nailed to the cross- YOU WERE ON HIS MIND!
YOU WERE MADE FOR GLORY,
YOU WERE MADE TO SHINE,
YOU WERE MADE TO ENCOUNTER HIS DEEP LOVE FOR YOU!

Soon and very soon.
"Soon and very soon, my King is coming, robed in righteousness and crowned with love. When I see Him, I shall be made like Him- Soon and very soon.Soon and very soon, I'll be going to the place He has prepared for me, There my sin erased, my shame forgotten- Soon and very soon.
I will be with the One I love, with unveiled face I'll see Him, There my soul will be satisfied, Soon and very soon.

"THIS AIN'T YOUR FIGHT!"

God spoke to me today.
You're probably wondering "How?"
Well it wasn't a whisper, and it was not in a casual conversation.
No!
He literally SCREAMED these 4 words at me and I felt it sink deep into my heart...
"THIS AIN'T YOUR FIGHT!"
I believe God is wanting to speak this into many hearts this week...
"THIS AIN'T YOUR FIGHT!
WHOS BATTLE DO YOU THINK THIS IS?
DO YOU TRUST ME?"
God is knocking on our door, wanting desperately for us to push our worries aside, and grip tightly onto his hand.
Can you hear him knocking?
KNOCK...
KNOCK...
KNOCK...
Will you open the door?
Will you push all the; BROKENNESS, PAIN, SUFFERING and LOSS aside, to hold firmly onto your creators hand?
He waits for you.
